Mark Goldstein is the retired CEO of Actuant Corporation (NYSE: ATU, now Enerpac Tool Group), a global $1.6 billion industrial business, where he spent 15 years leading the company through growth and transformation. Previously, Mark served as President of multiple divisions at Stanley Black & Decker, where he spent 22 years in senior leadership roles.
Mark is also a former Operating Partner with Huron Capital, a private equity firm, and has served on numerous public and private company boards. Today, he remains active as a real estate investor, mentor, and coach, and currently serves on several nonprofit boards.
